Send a weekly summary to WhatsApp
A recurring Automation that sends you the numbers every week, on your phone.
Set this up once and Nalar sends you a fresh summary every week. You can do it from WhatsApp in one message, or in the app if you want to review every setting first. Either way, the summary goes only to you.
You need WhatsApp access for your account. If your profile shows WhatsApp as not ready, ask your workspace admin.
The quick way: ask on WhatsApp
Send a direct message to your workspace's Nalar number:
Every Monday at 8 am, send me a summary of last week's sales, compared with the week before.Nalar replies with a receipt showing the schedule, time zone, and Agent. If something is unclear, it asks first.
The detailed way: create it in the app
Describe the Automation
Open Automations, select Add automation, and describe what you want in plain language, using the same sentence as above.
Review the draft
Nalar fills in what to send, when to run, and where to send it. Check the schedule and choose WhatsApp as the channel. Adjust anything that's off.
Create and test it
Select Create automation. To see what the message looks like without waiting for Monday, use Test fire. It sends you a real message now.
Good to know
- Each week Nalar runs the instruction again, so the numbers are always new. It doesn't resend old text.
- The summary only uses data you can access when it runs.
- Pause, edit, or delete it from Automations in the app, including ones you created on WhatsApp.
